I have subscribed to the park4night+ version. But it does not work on the app.

Check that you are logged in to the app with your user account. Go to the menu > my account, you will see your username at the top oft he screen. If this is the case, please send us the invoice you received about the park4night + version by email (contact@park4night.com).
